I highly recommend becoming a patient of Dr. Face if you’re trying to find a North Seattle dentist who is kind, personable, smart, and takes the time to educate his patients. He even sent a personalized note after my first visit to thank me for choosing North Seattle Dental, which showed care and consideration. Jody is an amazing dental hygienist who also takes the time to get to know patients and educate in a positive way. If you’re on the fence about switching dentists, this is a great spot to land! The patient coordinators are also so helpful, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, too. You’ll be well-serviced here.

Had not been to the dentist in over a decade. Dr. Face led me through multiple options for treatment I could choose going forward to get my mouth healed. I’ve been a patient at North Seattle Dental for close to 10 years now, and looking back, choosing this office was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my dental health. Before finding North Seattle Dental, I had gone to a couple of different dental offices around Seattle, including one affiliated with UW and another downtown. None of them felt quite right. My wife encouraged me to give North Seattle Dental a try, and after my first visit, I knew I wasn’t going anywhere else. What stands out most isn’t just the quality of the dental work—it’s the people. Over the years I’ve interacted with many members of the team, from Lynn, Emily, Gwen, Lisa, and others at the front desk to the hygienists and clinical staff. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. They somehow manage to make a visit to the dentist feel comfortable, which is not something I ever thought I’d say. Dr. Pickel deserves special recognition. In a profession where trust matters so much, he has earned mine completely. I have been a patient of Dr. Face for two years. I have experience in the dental field, consequently I have very high expectations. Dr. Face exceeded mine. He is exceptionally skilled at dentistry. I was given a full explanation throughout my procedures for a cleaning and crown replacement. I am most impressed by the invisalign treatment I elected to have done with Dr. Face. My teeth have shifted a bit, and through his care I now have a beautiful smile that is both straight and bright. I highly recommend Dr. Face and his staff to serve you and your family with your dental care. You teeth will last a lifetime!!

Went for a zoom whitening appointment and Dr. Pickel felt that the take home trays would be better for me than the in office procedure. (Lower cost) I appreciate that they cared about the overall health of my teeth. Jill did the molds, which fit great and showed me how to use them. I have to say that after just two treatments, there is already a noticeable difference. North Seattle Dental will become my go to office once I’m done getting my implants.
